Our clients have built an impeccable reputation for specializing in solutions for the automation industry, from engineered systems to standard components. They are looking for a customer-focused individual for the role of Accounts Administrator.
The ideal individual will be working in a fast-paced environment with the following main tasks:
Recording of entries including Sales & Purchase Ledger, Bank accounts on Sage.
Processing and monitoring customers’ accounts as well as suppliers’ invoices and payments.
Maintaining and reconciling cash books and bank accounts.
Maintaining employees' records (leave, sick leave etc…) and preparing monthly salaries including submission of regulatory returns.
Performing administrative duties as directed by the Managing Director
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
Able to work on own initiative
Friendly and engaging personality; a good team player
Knowledge and experience of Sage Pastel Evolution and Sage Line 50 would be considered an asset, but training can be provided.
The role is being offered on a full-time basis, however flexible hours and part-time can be considered.
