Our clients have built an impeccable reputation for specializing in solutions for the automation industry, from engineered systems to standard components. They are looking for a customer-focused individual for the role of Accounts Administrator.


Job Description:

The ideal individual will be working in a fast-paced environment with the following main tasks:
  • Recording of entries including Sales & Purchase Ledger, Bank accounts on Sage.
  • Processing and monitoring customers’ accounts as well as suppliers’ invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining and reconciling cash books and bank accounts.
  • Maintaining employees' records (leave, sick leave etc…) and preparing monthly salaries including submission of regulatory returns.
  • Performing administrative duties as directed by the Managing Director


Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Friendly and engaging personality; a good team player
  • Knowledge and experience of Sage Pastel Evolution and Sage Line 50 would be considered an asset, but training can be provided.


The role is being offered on a full-time basis, however flexible hours and part-time can be considered.
