An established corporate services and tax advice provider is recruiting an Administrator/Secretary to join their team. Our client specialises in company formation and operates through an international network of expert associates.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Phone call management
  • General secretarial duties
  • Liaising with Authorities
  • Assistance in corporate matters
  • Assistance in the compilation of documents regarding opening of corporate bank accounts
  • Performing other general administration duties as may be required

Requirements:

  • Conversant in Italian
  • Self-motivated
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in similar work environment will be considered an asset


The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis and offered an attractive package commensurate to experience.
