We are looking to build a new team of recruiters to service the recruitment desk of such a vibrant and demanding candidates’ market. A new role has arisen for a hands-on recruiter aspiring to become a manager to run the recruitment desk and grow it further according to the culture code and guidelines of People & Co. This is a fantastic opportunity if you wish to ‘run a business within a business’ and have the drive to grow your team and move it forward, with our assistance and expertise.

Job Description
• Handling the acquisition of new clients through B2B calls and meetings, whilst also retaining a good relationship with existing clients.
• Researching candidates for suitable roles, screening of candidates, interviewing face to face where possible, or via Skype.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
• Managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
• Working towards reaching targets/Kpi’s (individual and Team)
• Administering the advertising budget according to the guidelines of People & Co

Key Requirements
• Must have business development/ sales experience and following up skills
• A logical and inquisitive mind.
• Enthusiastic and positive.
• Able to pick up new data tools/concepts quickly
• Able to work as part of a team as well as managing a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Possess a valid driving license
