Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated insurance professional has arisen to join their team as an Insurance Officer in personal lines.

Handling general client enquiries and regular servicing of portfolio
Recommending and cross-selling insurance covers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders
Interacting with the internal broking and claims teams

Requirements:

An ‘A’ level of education or CII qualifications (minimum Cert CII or equivalent)
A disciplined business approach and a background in insurance
A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Good leadership as well as verbal and written communication skills
Excellent service standards
Ability to negotiate and conclude insurance claims on behalf of customers
Ability to develop client relationships
