An opportunity has arisen for an Office Clerk to join a long-established supplier of raw materials and wholesale products.


Job Description:

The Office Clerk will be undertaking the following tasks:
  • Processing orders, invoicing and issuing of credit notes
  • Handling stock entries
  • Setting up debtor/creditor accounts
  • Filing
  • Checking of cash sheets for daily deliveries
  • Performing customer care duties

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Well-organised
  • Diligent and efficient
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented


The role is based at our client’s store in Qormi.
