Our client is an international company providing comprehensive compliance services to the asset management and securities industry in Malta. An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

The Office Manager will be responsible for the effective office management within the company’s office in Malta, management of reception and for providing general support to the business as required. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring smooth running of offices
  • Managing Health & Safety
  • Building management and liaising with landlord
  • Liaising with cleaning company
  • Managing office supplies and suppliers, reviewing costs and sourcing alternatives
  • Co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up
  • Managing conference, seminar and training as well as travel and accommodation bookings for staff
  • Assisting with new joiner setup
  • Providing assistance for office moves
  • Performing reception duties (Telephone, email, mail, intercom)
  • Handling petty cash and basic banking
  • Assisting departments as necessary

  • Proven track record in a similar Office Manager function
  • Experience in supervising staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive approach to work
  • Proven ability to work with employees at all levels
  • Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise, plan and deliver objectives
