Our client, an established audit firm with offices in Malta and Gozo, consists of a team of highly skilled professionals who specialize in Auditing & Assurance, Local and International Tax, Business Advisory, Corporate & Compliance, Accountancy, Trust & Fiduciary amongst other services. They are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team.
The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for:
Opening and closing the office
Handling telephone calls
Greeting clients at the office
Chasing clients for upcoming deadlines
Submitting statutory documents to relevant authorities
General upkeep of office, consumables and stationery
Binding of financial statements
Filing and document management
Mature and responsible individual
Ability to meet deadlines
Eye for detail
Proficient in written and spoken English and, preferably, knowledge of Italian
Driving license and own transport
This position is being offered on a full-time basis.
