Our client has been established for almost 30 years providing top quality marine facilities and services in Malta and the Mediterranean. They are enrolling a Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Attending to visiting client in a courteous manner
- Politely answering phone calls
- Assisting clients/visitors efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Data inputting and filing of paperwork
- Performing other general administration duties as may be required
- O’ levels in Maltese and English language
- Conversant in MS Office applications
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis.
