Our client has been established for almost 30 years providing top quality marine facilities and services in Malta and the Mediterranean. They are enrolling a Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Attending to visiting client in a courteous manner
  • Politely answering phone calls
  • Assisting clients/visitors efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Data inputting and filing of paperwork
  • Performing other general administration duties as may be required

Requirements:

  • O’ levels in Maltese and English language
  • Conversant in MS Office applications
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Self-motivated
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure


The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis.
