One of Malta’s leading domestic appliances retailers is seeking to recruit a Telephone Receptionist to ensure the company’s commitment to achieve complete customer satisfaction is maintained.


Job Description:

The chosen candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Taking and diverting calls
  • Assisting or directing clients to the appropriate department
  • Assisting clients through online chat
  • Selling products through telephone and online chat
  • Preparing delivery reports for deliverymen
  • Performing other general administrative duties as may be required


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese (minimum O-level standard)
  • Customer-friendly and motivated
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Able to meet deadlines
