Account Manager

Our client is an international high-end lead generation company who are responsible for sending millions of visitors to their clients both though online and mobile channels. Their vision is to be the world’s number one provider of high quality iGaming leads. The Malta office consists of over 20 different nationalities and it believes in a healthy and fulfilling work life balance approach. They are looking for an Account Manager.

The right candidate will provide excellent sales and communication between our brands and all our partners. You will communicate with colleagues and other members across different teams to ensure our company’s targets are executed appropriately. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the leading affiliates and be in charge of all our brands leads to different partners.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Work with various teams and order up changes to promote your accounts
  • Look out for market trends and get feedback from stakeholders or customers.
  • Observing, learning about and analyzing the market.
  • Observing, learning about, contacting and analyzing customers and end-users of the product.
  • Keeping in touch with every stakeholder of the product regularly.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within iGaming.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Good network in the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of an analytical approach to online marketing
  • Strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Sense of urgency and a clear vision of the product going forward

Beneficial

  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Very good understanding of online marketing and SEO
  • Good understanding of one or more of the segments/vertical the company operates in, both from a technical and product vision.
