Admin Executive & BD Assistant

Are you able to easily communicate in English, Maltese and Italian?
Do you hold a MQF Level 6 of education in Commerce, Business or Finance?

Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy working in the fields of Environment, Management, Design and Planning for 25 years. The company has broad experience in both small and larger scale projects in Malta, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. They are expanding and are looking for an Admin Executive/Business Development assistant to join their growing team.

This position calls for an individual with a great sense of responsibility, who is accountable and meticulous, able to work on his/her own initiative and enjoys a strong ability to communicate with both customers and staff.

The role of a Business Development Assistant entails the identification of business opportunities both locally and overseas, preparation and writing of tenders, meeting with clients and potential business partners. The chosen applicant will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Finance & Administration Manager.

The chosen candidate should have exceptional writing and verbal skills in English, Maltese and Italian, be familiar with building, construction, design and environmental works, and great organizational skills.
