Administration Assistant

Our client is a group of companies that are a household name in Malta, employing in excess of 1000 people. The group specializes in construction, development, hospitality and care.

Job Description:

They are seeking to recruit a responsible individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant. Main duties include:
  • Assisting the manager with administrative duties
  • Being responsible for general office administration including documentation & maintaining records
  • Performing general office duties: answering the telephone, writing service requests, following up on completed or pending service requests, filing and ordering office supplies and printed material
  • Digitising company documents and archiving
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintaining and developing relations with residents and staff of leased apartments
  • Distributing emails and inputting of data
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing general support to visitors and clients

  • At least 1 year experience in administration
  • Knowledge of the property market would be considered an asset
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copying machines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Verbal and written English proficiency
  • Must be meticulous and have excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to communicate with co-workers, management, residents and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Clean driving licence

This position is being offered on a full-time basis. Working hours are from 08:30-17:00.
