Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join their dynamic servicing team. The responsibilities attached to the role are:
  • Providing support and information to customers, over the phone, e-mails and in person
  • Supporting interaction with various suppliers, and being proactive in sourcing new ones
  • Opening, following up and closing pending customer related issues, in line with the service levels and performance indicators
  • Maintaining efficient and comprehensive records
  • Preparing basic reports as required from time to time

  • Experience working on ticketing and customer relations management systems
  • Proficient in Office applications
  • Strong customer-centric approach; customer care training is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Clean police conduct
  • Candidates with sound technical knowledge and/or qualifications will be given preference

The role is being offered on a full-time basis. Duties are to be performed during normal business hours.
