Job Description:

The Compliance Support Administrator will be responsible for ensuring consistency between documentation and information stored on the in-house system. The Administrator is to report any variances and ensure clients are contacted. The role also involves making telephone calls to clients globally to check that information provided is accurate, logging call data and undertaking regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Conversant with MS Office applications
  • Outstanding organisation and record-keeping skills
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Strong communication skills particularly during telephone conversations
  • Determined to go the extra mile
Although considered an asset, previous work experience within the compliance environment is not necessary as full training will be provided. You will join a globally successful group of companies that employs over 700 individuals.
