Printer Technician

Our client, a leading IT and appliances retailer with an international reputation, is looking to recruit a full-time Printer Technician specialized in multi-function printers, to join their IT servicing department.

Job Description:

The role requires the chosen candidate to:
  • Service, repair and install multi-function printers, scanners and other imaging products
  • Provide onsite support to a wide range of clients
  • Install and repair other IT equipment such as laptops and PC’s

  • Previous experience in installing and supporting multi-function printers is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in other IT related areas, which you could be expected to assist with, as part of the job
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • A team player who is able to work on own initiative
  • Strong willingness to learn and further improve potential
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • A clean driving license

The ideal candidate will be willing to work extended and flexible hours when necessary. You will be trained on the job, leading up to certification to support printers.
