Our client is a private credit institution operating under the European Union banking regulatory framework. They are licensed and regulated by the MFSA to operate outside Malta and offer two main lines of products, card/store value and micro-lending.
The company requires a Danish-speaking Team Leader to initiate and carry through their new business in Denmark from Malta. The chosen individual will be required to build a successful brand and reach the company’s targets. More specifically, you will be:
Assisting the management team to develop the new business
Supporting the development team with Danish content and translations
Actively seeking new sales by executing appointed strategies and instructions
Adhering to the team’s sales targets and deadlines
Collaborating with the sales team members to constantly improve process efficiency and overall results
Handling customer on-boarding and verification of documents as per standard policies and operational procedures
Ensuring customers are always presented accurate information regarding products
Answering any customer queries via email, telephone or SMS
Providing an excellent overall customer experience
Working closely with other departments to ensure transparent and efficient interaction
Post-Secondary education, ideally higher
Previous experience in similar role
Experience with customer database is an asset
Solid leadership characteristics
Proficient in Danish and English
Team player with customer-oriented mind-set
Conversant in basic computer skills including use of MS Office
Attention to detail, initiative and high standard of work
Aptitude to learn and grow
