Our client one of Malta's largest retail outlets specialising in home appliances is looking for aspiring candidates to join their growing team as a Customer Care Representative.
They are seeking to recruit a smart and self motivated individual who believes in providing exceptional after sales service to their clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work on own initiative as well as within a team environment.
The candidate must also be willing to learn and have good communication skills in both Maltese and English.
Main role and responsibilities include:
• Sales of goods, consumables and parts
• Upkeeping of Customer Care outlet
• Answering calls
• Placing orders
• Assisting clients with repairs
• Scheduling of jobs
Training will be provided. However, experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset.
Job requirements:
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Computer literacy, preferably with ECDL Certificate
