Our client is an Audit, Tax and Advisory firm. Due to its continuous and structured growth they are specifically looking for an Accounts Associate to carry out the following duties.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the accounts associate will primarily be those related to the postings in the sales and purchase ledger, posting of receipts and payments, bank and other reconciliations, generation and compilation of VAT returns, preparation of accounts to be passed for audit, management accounts and general assistance to the accounts and payroll departments.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be required to work from the firm’s offices, mainly in the south of Malta and from clients’ offices. Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in accounting (such as AAT or A-Level) or in the process of obtaining a degree. Candidates who already hold experience in a similar position will be given preference.
