Our client is a Food Manufacturing company based in Gozo. They are looking for a Full-Time Production Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day running of the various production processes while ensuring that products are produced of a good quality in line with Food Legislation including Food Safety
- Ensure that all products are produced efficiently, in line with company's specifications and recipes
- Keep good communication with various departments, to ensure the smooth running of the production
- Monitor and analyse line efficiency, downtime, yields and forward any suggestions and actions to be taken
- Chair the daily Production Meeting involving Production and Maintenance Coordinators, discussing and keep good communication with persons
- Involved in relation to daily targets and other matters related to production
- Ensure that company’s policies and procedures are being adhered to within the whole department
Requirements
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Leadership and motivation skills
- Conversant with computer applications
- Able to communicate in English and Italian
