Our client is a dynamic digital media company and a leading iGaming affiliate, based in sunny Malta. They are looking for a Visual Designer to join their growing team. This role is all about creativity-design with colour, images, typography, and design effects. You will work closely alongside the team’s Designers, Developers, Copywriters, and alike, to assist with the creation of web application screens, component design, and collaborate on company initiatives that require branded touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Designs production-ready assets and materials, including icons, digital ads, landing pages, event graphics, email newsletters, news post styling, and maintain consistency of our brands
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while executing in the direction and requirements of project needs without compromising quality or deadlines
- Translate complex technology concepts and text-heavy material into polished visual communications in diverse mediums; including print and digital design
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to efficiently and effectively provide graphic design and interface design support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of design work experience in a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team
- An online portfolio showcasing visual and technical solutions across multiple digital design challenges, including brand concepts, web/app, and B2B content, and thought processes behind campaigns
- Comprehensive expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Keynote
- A passion for layout, illustration, typography, and photography
- Demonstrated ability to create conceptual designs and ability to extend existing branding
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas confidently
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
