Our Client, one of Malta longest established Group of Companies and market leader in various sectors and business lines is seeking to recruit a ‘Full Time’ Technical Support Officer (Gaming, IT and Consumer Electronics) to join their Team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will form part of the existing team
  • Maintain a good relationship with the Company’s customers
  • Take a general interest in the operations of the Company
  • Ensure that the company’s service offering is of the highest quality

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a retail or customer support role within a consumer electronic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in the use of personal computers, laptops, gaming systems and ability to navigate Windows, Apple and Android based systems
