Responsibilities
• Selling products through online chat, email and telephone
• Answering queries and assisting clients by providing relevant and informative advice
• Updating the company website
• Assisting clients through the company’s Facebook page
Requirements
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Must be computer literate, preferably with an ECDL certificate
• Clean police conduct
