Our client is looking for an Assistant Team Leader to join their German Sales Department.
Do you have experience in handling multiple tasks, with a hands-on approach and great understanding of reporting and Excel?
Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Leader on supervision of the team;
- Answer questions from team members and resolve issues;
- Work along the team, by helping customers to finish their loan application;
- Answer customer’s questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
- Looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue;
- Analyse team and agent performance;
- Work closely with Team Leader to improve working procedures;
- Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
Requirements:
- You’ll love analysing data AND serving customers;
- Hands on mentality, leading by example;
- Written and verbal fluency in English and German;
- You’ll be target driven, competitive and ambitious;
- You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you;
- Great skills with MS Excel.
