- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory,/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Execute sales effort with the highest professionalism
- Work with other team members to measure, estimate, and collect information about potential jobs.
- Educate clients and project team members about products and installation processes; ensure that projects are managed effectively.
- Provide world-class customer service
- Proven track record in sales, networking and community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong “follow-up” skills
- Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
- Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to management multiple projects, tasks and effectively communicate to various teams simultaneously
- Solid analytical skills to identify client needs and aligning them to service and product offering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Good command of the English language
