
Our client is an Audit, Tax and Advisory firm which forms part of an international network, established in over 50 countries both in Europe and beyond. Due to its continuous and structured growth they are seeking to recruit a Office Secretary to join their team based in the south of Malta.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the firm’s office
- Handling of telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing
- Greeting clients who attend to the office for meetings
- Chasing clients for upcoming deadlines
- General upkeep of office, taking care of consumables and stationery
- Binding of financial statements
- Filing and document management
- Assist the PA to the Managing Director and the other Managers where required
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be mature and be responsible for his or her own work
- Smart appearance
- Driving license and must possess his or her own transport
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must
- Knowledge of social media and basic marketing
